As we age, intrinsic factors like loss of subcutaneous fat in the face, changes to bone structure, gravity and reduction of collagen and elastin may cause deep lines, hollowing in the face and sagging skin.
This, in combination with environmental factors such as sun damage and dynamic wrinkles can worsen and change a once youthful face.In other instances, you may notice asymmetry or a lack of natural volume at a younger age and wish to achieve more symmetry and a plumper look.

Dermal Filler can be utilised to restore this lost volume, contour the shape of the face and enhance facial features.
WHAT IS DERMAL FILLER?
Dermal Filler contains a naturally occurring substance which is found in the skin and connective tissue of the body. This means they are biocompatible and carry a low risk for allergy or sensitivity.
The substance is hydrophilic (meaning they love and hold onto water in the skin), meaning they are able to maintain their volume and shape. Over time the dermal filler will be broken down by the body.
Skin Scan is committed to natural, harmonious results to create facial balance.
